78th Golden Globe Award winners

Last night the 78th Golden Globe Awards were handed out during an online event. There are a lot of categories, but for us, we are only interested in two: “Best Original Score” and “Best Original Song”. Below are all the nominees with the winners are marked in bold.

Best Original Score

  • Mank – Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross
  • The Midnight Sky – Alexandre Desplat
  • News of the World – James Newton Howard
  • Soul – Jon Batiste, Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross
  • TENET – Ludwig Göransson

Best Original Song

  • “Fight for You” – Judas and the Black Messiah
  • “Hear My Voice” – The Trial of the Chicago 7
  • “Io sì” (“Seen”) – La vita davanti a sé (The Life Ahead)
  • “Speak Now” – One Night in Miami
  • “Tigress & Tweed” – The United States vs. Billie Holiday
