Ludwig Goransson wins Golden Globe for Sinners

Last night, the 83rd Golden Globes were awarded. There are many categories, but we are only interested in the music categories: “Best Original Score” and “Best Original Song.” Broadcaster CBS apparently disagrees, as this award was not presented live on TV.

Below you can see the nominees with the winners marked in bold:

Best Original Score

  • Alexandre Desplat – Frankenstein
  • Ludwig Goransson – Sinners
  • Jonny Greenwood – One Battle After Another
  • Kangding Ray – Sirat
  • Max Richter – Hamnet
  • Hans Zimmer – F1

Best Original Song

  • “Dream as One” from Avatar: Fire and Ash
  • “Golden” from KPop Demon Hunters
  • “I Lied to You” from Sinners
  • “No Place Like Home” from Wicked: For Good
  • “The Girl in the Bubble” from Wicked: For Good
  • “Train Dreams” from Train Dreams

Congratulations to the winners!
