Hans Zimmer wins Golden Globe for Dune

Last night the 79th Golden Globes were awarded. This time without an awards ceremony on television due to some controversy and corona. The winners were announced via Social Media and there were no speeches this time. We are always interested in the awards in the music categories.

The Golden Globe for best music this year went to Hans Zimmer for Dune. The Golden Globe for best song also kind of went to Zimmer, as it was won by Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell for their song “No Time to Die” from the latest James Bond film No Time to Die.
